Shift Supervisor - Mooinooi
Mid Career (Above 6 yrs exp)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team in Mooinooi. As a Shift Supervisor in the mining industry, you will report to the Engineer and oversee operations on a day-to-day basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in mining operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Monitor and maintain production targets
- Train and mentor subordinates
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a mining/plant environment
- Previous Supervisor experience advantageous
- Supervisory and mineral processing training
- Minimum of 3 years Chrome plant experience
- Clean criminal record
- Medical fitness as per organizational requirements
