2.      JOB PURPOSE

The Zone Manager is responsible for overseeing security operations within a designated geographical area, ensuring that all services are delivered effectively and efficiently. This role involves managing security personnel, maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance. The Zone Manager plays a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, compliance with company policies, and adherence to industry standards, ultimately contributing to the success and reputation of the organization

3.      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day security operations within the assigned zone, ensuring that all security services meet company standards and client expectations.

· Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel, fostering a positive work environment and promoting team development.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and monitor the performance of security personnel and operational procedures, implementing improvements as needed.

· Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including safety protocols and emergency response plans.

·Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, incidents, and client feedback to senior management.

· Budget Management: Assist in managing the budget for the zone, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

· Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.

5. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum  

·        Grade 12 Certificate with 5 ‘O’ levels with credit or better in Mathematics and English

·        Diploma in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field

6.EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Proven experience in a managerial role within the security industry or a related field.
