Senior Service Technician

Job Description:

• Service and maintain equipment at customer sites
  - Conduct fault finding and provide technical support
  - Assist with equipment refurbishments and repairs
  - Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards
  - Work independently and effectively manage field service activities
  - Complete maintenance reports and relevant documentation
  - Provide support to team members and assist with knowledge sharing
  - Participate in standby duties and overtime when required

 
Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar service or maintenance role
  - Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
  - Experience with fault finding, repairs, and maintenance
  - Welding and fabrication experience advantageous
  - Strong communication and teamwork skills
  - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  - Previous experience with industrial equipment advantageous

 
Qualification:

• Red Seal Millwright
  - Valid Driver's Licence and own transport essential
