we are seeking a motivated Sales Representative on behalf of our partner in the Agricultural sector with at least 1 year field sales experience, preferably in agrochemicals or agriculture.
Overview: The role focuses on driving sales growth, developing customer relationships (including commercial farms), expanding market reach, and ensuring accurate sales processing and compliance.
Duties:
- Conduct field visits to promote products and develop new business
- Manage relationships with farmers, agri-dealers, and wholesalers
- Process sales orders, credit applications, and customer documentation
- Follow up on payments and manage customer accounts
- Support sales planning, reporting, and market analysis
- Ensure compliance with ZRA invoicing and company procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field
- Minimum 1 years sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and sales systems
- Willingness to travel frequently
