We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing furniture business. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service, confident in sales and able to help customers choose furniture that suits their needs and style.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information about furniture products, prices, and promotions
Help customers select suitable furniture based on their needs and budget
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the showroom
Process sales and follow up on customer inquiries
Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and new arrivals
Requirements
Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Honest, responsible, and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
