Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
Welcome and assist customers interested in purchasing trucks vehicles.
Provide customers with information about truck specifications, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
Maintain proper records of customer information and sales activities.
Assist in marketing and promoting trucks through social media, phone calls, and customer visits.
Support after-sales customer service and coordinate customer feedback.
