TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST VACANCY (4-MONTH CONTRACT) We are currently seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Temporary Receptionist for a fixed-term period of four (4) months . The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring the efficient operation of the Front Office department. Minimum Requirements Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Reception position. Sound working knowledge and experience with the Hotsoft Property Management System is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work accurately under pressure and maintain attention to detail. Professional appearance and conduct. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Key Responsibilities Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs. Handle reservations, guest enquiries, and requests in a professional manner. Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts. Ensure all Front Office procedures and standards are adhered to. Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience. Perform general administrative duties associated with the Front Office function.
