Job Description:
- Design, develop, and optimize automation systems, robotics solutions, and production equipment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturability and production efficiency
- Support factory layout planning and process improvement initiatives
- Lead testing, commissioning, and implementation of new production technologies
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, robotics, or process engineering
- Strong CAD/CAM proficiency and practical experience with PLCs, automation systems, or robotics
- Exposure to modular construction, off-site manufacturing, or advanced production environments is advantageous
- Programming experience in languages such as Python, C++, or similar
- Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Qualification:- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
