Planogrammer

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and update planograms using specialized planogramming software, ensuring alignment with management’s defined guidelines and merchandising strategies. 
• Record and maintain accurate product measurements to ensure a reliable and up-to-date database of product dimensions. 
• Keep planograms current by promptly incorporating new product listings and removing delisted items. 
• Communicate finalized planograms to designated outlets in a timely and effective manner to ensure smooth implementation. 
• Support store teams in the on-site execution of planograms to ensure visual consistency and compliance with corporate standards. 

Job requirements:

• Higher School Certificate or any other equivalent qualifications.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail industry.
• IT Literate with a good understanding of ERP software as an advantage.
• Positive proactive team player with a dynamic personality.
• Effective communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to demonstrate analytical skills.
• Detail and results oriented.
• Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours.
