OVID IT, a sister company of OVID Holdings, is building a world-class infrastructure and cloud operations capability as part of its rebranding and market growth strategy. Reliable, secure, and high-performance network infrastructure is the foundation on which all enterprise applications, cloud platforms, ERP systems, and digital products run. OVID IT requires a skilled and experienced Network Operations Engineer who can design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot complex enterprise network environments — ensuring that OVID IT's internal infrastructure and client-facing network solutions meet the highest standards of availability, performance, and security.
JOB SUMMARY
The Network Operations Engineer is a mid-level infrastructure specialist responsible for the design, implementation, management, monitoring, and optimization of OVID IT's and OVID Group's enterprise network infrastructure. This includes LAN/WAN networks, switching and routing platforms, firewall and security appliances, wireless networks, VPN connectivity, and cloud network integration. The Network Operations Engineer will be a key technical resource within the Infrastructure, Cloud & Operations Division — ensuring that all network environments are highly available, performant, secure, and well-documented. This role requires both strong hands-on technical skills and the professional discipline to operate within defined change management, incident management, and documentation standards. As OVID IT grows its managed services offering, the Network Operations Engineer will also contribute to client network assessments, infrastructure design, and managed network support engagements — giving this role both internal operations and client-facing dimensions.

Manage cloud network integration including Azure Virtual Network, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, or AWS VPC networking
Perform network capacity planning and traffic analysis to support infrastructure growth decisions

Support the managed services team in client network assessments, design proposals, and network support delivery
