JOB SUMMARY
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) serves as the strategic technology leader at the Holdings level for OVID Holdings, a massive conglomerate comprising more than 30 subsidiaries. Operating across diverse sectors with a strong emphasis on construction and real estate, the CTO is responsible for shaping and executing the overarching ICT vision, digital transformation roadmap, and technology infrastructure. This role provides corporate-level governance, standardization, and oversight of all ICT-related activities across the entire subsidiary network, ensuring scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that drive enterprise-wide efficiency and competitive advantage.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulate and execute a comprehensive enterprise-wide ICT strategy, digital transformation roadmap, and technology architecture aligned with the strategic objectives of OVID Holdings and its 30+ subsidiaries.
Direct and monitor all corporate-level ICT operations, infrastructure management, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and cybersecurity frameworks across the conglomerate.
Establish centralized IT governance policies, standardized technology frameworks, and operational protocols to ensure seamless system integration and data integrity across diverse business units, with a particular focus on construction and real estate subsidiaries.
Oversee large-scale enterprise technology deployments, software implementations, and digital modernization initiatives to optimize operational workflows and project delivery.
Manage corporate technology budgets, vendor negotiations, licensing agreements, and capital allocation for ICT infrastructure and software solutions at the holding level.
Establish, monitor, and strengthen robust IT risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and data privacy protocols to protect enterprise assets against digital threats.
Provide executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and subsidiary management with data-driven insights, technology feasibility assessments, and strategic advisory on emerging tech trends and investments.
Mentor, lead, and inspire corporate ICT teams and subsidiary IT leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, high performance, and continuous technological improvement.
