Masseuse / Aesthetician / Physiotherapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional massage therapy and/or aesthetic treatments, including facials, skincare, and body treatments.
• Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring each client has a relaxing and positive experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and treatment room presentation.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products.
• Educate clients on treatment benefits and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Ensure all equipment and products are used safely and according to established procedures.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification or professional training in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, beauty clinic, physiotherapy practice, or similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals.
