Lodge Assistant Manager

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional hospitality certification is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in lodge or hotel management.
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all lodge operations.
  • Manage staff performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare operational budgets and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
  • Drive business growth and profitability.
