Responsibilities

• Oversee the washing, drying, and pressing of guest laundry and resort linens.
• Schedule shifts and manage the productivity of Laundry Attendants.
• Monitor chemical usage and machine maintenance schedules.
• Implement quality control checks for stained or damaged items.
• Ensure timely delivery of linen to housekeeping and F&B departments.
