Key Responsibilities & Requirements Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations Oversee and manage the pastry section Create and prepare high-quality desserts and baked goods Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Support menu planning and seasonal menu development Train and guide junior kitchen staff Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and time management skills Previous experience in a luxury lodge or fine dining environment preferred Package - Salary: R18 000 per month, depending on experience - Live in Start Date: ASAP
