Key Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control and supply chain activities across high-volume, multi-temperature FMCG and QSR distribution operations.
• Monitor and analyse SKU movement, stock variances, damages, replenishment activities, and inventory trends to improve stock visibility and operational decision-making.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, variance investigations, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Transport, Planning, Customer Service, and Purchasing teams to support OTIF performance, SLA compliance, and efficient order fulfilment.
• Develop and maintain advanced Microsoft Excel dashboards, KPI reports, and operational trackers, improving reporting efficiency and providing meaningful insights to management.
• Monitor stock movements, replenishment requirements, damaged stock, and inventory trends to minimise stock losses and improve supply chain performance.
• Drive compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), inventory policies, and company standards while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Support management with inventory reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis to improve planning and decision-making.
