Job Description:
- Install and commission electrical and monitoring systems at customer sites
- Configure, set up, and test equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Perform PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system modifications
- Provide on-site technical support, fault-finding, and problem resolution
- Train customers on system operation and functionality
- Conduct preventative maintenance and service inspections
- Complete installation, commissioning, and service documentation accurately
- Liaise with customers to ensure effective system performance and support
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and electrical standards
- Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives
Skills & Experience:- Minimum 4 years proven experience working with electrical systems in a field-based role
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with monitoring, tracking, or traceability systems
- Exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage site-based activities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
- Valid driver's licence
Qualification:- Mechatronics / Electrical qualification (Electrician / Electrical Technician / Engineering Diploma)
