Senior Software Engineer

Job Description:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of software architecture, development, and technical delivery across key projects. Working closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and development teams, you'll contribute to the design and development of innovative products that reduce reliance on legacy systems while embracing new technologies and improved user experiences. You'll be expected to drive technical excellence, mentor junior team members, lead projects from a technical perspective, and help shape solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can confidently navigate complex challenges, make informed technical decisions, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in React and TypeScript development with REST API integration. In a working environment (non-negotiable).
• Strong full-stack, frontend, or backend development experience.
• Strong .NET C# experience building RESTful APIs (for backend-focused candidates).
• Experience with MS SQL database development, including queries, stored procedures, jobs, and administration.
• Proven experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code using Object-Oriented principles, design patterns, SOLID, and DRY methodologies.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing practices.
• Experience building, automating, and deploying software into production environments.
• Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor less experienced developers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience operating at a senior software engineering level.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and deliver enterprise-grade software solutions.
