Our client, a leading organisation in the fintech sector, is looking for an Executive Head: Software Development to lead enterprise software delivery, shape technology strategy, and mentor world-class development teams.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years' experience in .NET software development.
5+ years in a senior software development leadership role.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET, Angular, Azure/AWS, SQL Server, Agile, and DevOps.
Financial services or fintech experience is highly advantageous.
