A reputable courier company based in Kitwe is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver with a minor sales component to join its operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely collect and deliver parcels and documents within Kitwe and surrounding areas
- Ensure timely deliveries and accurate proof of delivery
- Perform basic vehicle/motorbike checks and minor mechanical troubleshooting
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly
- Assist with minor sales duties, including promoting services to customers and identifying new delivery opportunities
- Maintain professional customer relationships and uphold company service standards
- Prepare simple daily delivery and sales activity reports
Minimum Requirements
- Valid class C driver’s license
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Prior experience in courier, delivery, or logistics is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of Kitwe routes and surrounding areas
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Honest, punctual, and physically fit
