Develop detailed financial models and analyses to support transaction structuring and decision‑making.
Assist in identification of suitable financing options.
Liaise with financial institutions for financing.
Support execution of financing transactions including but not limited to debt raising, capital structuring, bond raising, syndicated facilities, project financing, green financing and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Assist in preparation of financing documents, term sheets and information memoranda.
Perform scenario analysis, forecasting and sensitivity testing.
Analyse key financial information to optimize financial planning.
Conduct financial and market analysis to support advisory activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including banks and advisors.
Assist in preparation of management reports, dashboards and any other reports as may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
Degree in Finance or any equivalent qualification.
Member of either ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
