About the role:
To support Company’s commercial and procurement functions by assisting with supplier management, tender documentation, contract administration, and procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and administration of tender and RFQ documents.
- Support supplier onboarding, evaluation, and performance tracking.
- Help maintain procurement records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Participate in price benchmarking and cost analysis activities.
- Learn to use procurement systems and reporting tools.
- Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team.
Minimum Requirements
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
- Matric.
- National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field (or currently studying towards it).
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in commercial and procurement processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
