About the role:
To support Company’s commercial and procurement functions by assisting with supplier management, tender documentation, contract administration, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and administration of tender and RFQ documents.
  • Support supplier onboarding, evaluation, and performance tracking.
  • Help maintain procurement records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in price benchmarking and cost analysis activities.
  • Learn to use procurement systems and reporting tools.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team.
Minimum Requirements
  • South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
  • Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
  • Matric.
  • National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field (or currently studying towards it).
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in commercial and procurement processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ethical and professional approach to work.
