Bar Manager

• Oversee all bar operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
• Develop drink menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor beverage costs, waste, and profitability to meet financial targets.
• Train, schedule, and supervise bartenders, barbacks, and bottle service staff.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, health regulations, and safety standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Manage supplier relationships and place orders for spirits, mixers, glassware, and garnishes.
• Prepare sales reports, stocktakes, and budget forecasts for senior management.
