Cashiers

• Process customer payments via cash, card, and mobile money accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and vouchers as required.
• Operate the POS system and balance the cash drawer at shift end.
• Handle customer queries regarding billing and menu prices.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Verify order accuracy before finalizing payment.
• Assist with basic customer service and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Report any discrepancies, overages, or shortages to the supervisor.
