Assistant Night Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising night shift warehouse/logistics staff and support day-to-day shift operations
• Apply a working knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and Labour Relations Act (LRA) in routine shift-level tasks
• Support compliance with the NBCRFLI Main Collective Agreement and applicable supplementary industry provisions
• Complete accurate, timeous shift reports and assist with related administrative and processing functions
• Support team communication and provide guidance to shift staff under supervision

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
• 3–5 years' experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
• Working knowledge of the BCEA and LRA
• Familiarity with the NBCRFLI Main Collective Agreement and supplementary industry provisions
• Good administrative skills, particularly for shift reporting and processing functions
• Good communication skills, with some supervisory or team support experience
• Willingness and ability to work night shift
