3D Visualizer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled 3D Visualiser to produce high-quality architectural and interior design visualisations for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will transform architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts into realistic 3D renders, animations, and presentations that effectively communicate design intent to clients and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop photorealistic 3D renderings for interior and exterior architectural projects.
• Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, mood boards, and design briefs into compelling visual representations.
• Create 3D models, walkthroughs, flythrough animations, and presentation materials.
• Produce realistic lighting, texturing, landscaping, and material applications.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
• Update and revise renderings based on client and project feedback.
• Create furniture, fixtures, joinery, and custom design elements for project visualization.
• Develop presentation graphics, visual boards, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all visual outputs align with company quality standards and project timelines.
• Maintain an organised library of textures, materials, models, and rendering assets.
• Stay current with industry trends, rendering technologies, and visualisation software.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years experience in architectural visualisation, interior design visualisation, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interior and architectural visualisation projects.
