Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptual design, design development, presentations, consultant coordination, and supporting project delivery from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and design development drawings.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and presentation drawings.
- Produce 3D models, renderings, and design presentations.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
- Support project documentation and construction implementation.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 1–3 years post-NYSC experience in an architectural firm.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design creativity and technical competence.
