Kovae Cafe & Restaurant is looking for a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team.
Requirements:
- Must reside within Ibex Hill or within commutable distance.
- Must have proven experience as a Chef/ Cook in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar establishment
-Must be able to prepare a wide variety of meals, including:
*Breakfast meals
* Main meals
*Fast food / café-style meals
* Desserts
* Pastries and baked items
- Must have good knowledge of food preparation, plating, and kitchen hygiene standards
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be creative, organized, and able to maintain consistency in food quality
- Must be able to manage stock, portion control, and kitchen cleanliness
- Must be punctual, hardworking, and able to follow restaurant standards
