Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure processes are followed
- Oversee month end stock take
- Reports as requested by management
- Create purchase orders for PPE, ensure GRV are processed
- Monthly basis track open job cards ensure deadlines achieved
- Do random checks on permits if all are valid
- Check and monitor Mix telematics on VDS fleet
- Manage fitment of tracking and drive cam devices
- Keep track of Odo readings that is not aligned on VTS and vehicle
- Basic Admin function
- Issue and ordering of PPE
Qualifications / Skills / Requirements:- Matric
- Tertiary qualification is advantageous
- Own transport is required
- Excellent administrative knowledge, especially in a workshop environment
- Fully computer literate (incl. Excel)
- Attention to detail
- Deadline driven
- Use own initiative
- Work with minimum supervision
- Team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work long hours and weekends when required
