Employment Information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure processes are followed
  • Oversee month end stock take
  • Reports as requested by management
  • Create purchase orders for PPE, ensure GRV are processed
  • Monthly basis track open job cards ensure deadlines achieved
  • Do random checks on permits if all are valid
  • Check and monitor Mix telematics on VDS fleet
  • Manage fitment of tracking and drive cam devices
  • Keep track of Odo readings that is not aligned on VTS and vehicle
  • Basic Admin function
  • Issue and ordering of PPE
 
Qualifications / Skills / Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification is advantageous
  • Own transport is required
  • Excellent administrative knowledge, especially in a workshop environment
  • Fully computer literate (incl. Excel)
  • Attention to detail
  • Deadline driven
  • Use own initiative
  • Work with minimum supervision
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work long hours and weekends when required
