Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their financial situation, goals, and objectives
- Develop customized financial plans that address clients' unique needs, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimization, and estate planning
- Provide ongoing financial advice and guidance to clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting plans as needed
- Collaborate with other members of the team, including investment advisors, tax professionals, and estate planners, to ensure holistic financial solutions for clients
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations, continuously improving knowledge and skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; CFP, CFA, or other relevant certifications preferred
- Proven track record of success in wealth management or financial planning
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including retirement accounts, tax strategies, and insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
