Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations, cost control, and KPI performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, audits, and FSSC 22000 standards.
• Drive accuracy in picking and receiving, with proper resource allocation.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and health & safety standards.
• Lead risk management, preventative maintenance, and food safety initiatives.
• Plan and report on daily/weekly activities, budgets, and variances.
• Manage and develop staff through meetings, one‑on‑ones, and certification compliance.

• Grade 12 with Higher Grade Math plus a relevant tertiary diploma/degree.
• 5–7 years’ experience in warehousing, distribution, FMCG/QSR, and supply chain management.
• Proven leadership in inventory, people management, health & safety, and continuous improvement.
• Advanced MS Office, Excel, WMS, and Microsoft Dynamics GP skills.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
