Job Description
- Provides courteous and efficient table service to guests, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintains cleanliness of tables and service areas, presents menus, answers questions about menu items
- Coordinates with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a seamless dining experience in line with the establishment’s service standards.
Candidate Profile
- Secondary Academic Qualifications or equivalent Certificate in related field from the Hotel School or other recognized institution
- Previous professional experience in related function
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Ready to perform odd hours and work on Sundays & Public Holidays
