ABOUT US

Another Chance Alcohol & Drugs Rehabilitation Center is committed to the rehabilitation and empowerment of individuals struggling with substance abuse through care, support, counseling and life skills development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports and basic financial statements
  • Record income, expenditure, receipts and payments
  • Assist with financial planning and monitoring of the Center's resources
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial transactions
  • Support accountability and transparency in the use of funds
  • Assist management with financial advice and administrative duties when required

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Grade 12 certificate and/or relevant accounting qualification
  • Certificate, diploma or degree in Accounting or related field = added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial record keeping
  • Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Previous accounting experience is an advantage
