- Capture and maintain accurate records of new and used vehicle stock on dealership systems.
- Monitor vehicle arrivals, transfers, sales, and deliveries, ensuring inventory records are updated.
- Assist with stock reconciliations and physical vehicle stock counts to identify discrepancies.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain vehicle documentation, including registration and licensing records.
- Generate stock reports and provide administrative support to sales, finance, and management teams.
- Ensure compliance with dealership procedures, documentation requirements, and inventory control processes.
