Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Creating user journeys, personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Designing intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Analysing user behaviour and feedback to continuously improve usability.
- Ensuring designs align with accessibility standards and design systems.
- Presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- A qualification in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of UX design experience, ideally with exposure to leading projects or mentoring others.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end UX design process.
- Proven experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Tools you'll work with: Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe XD, Maze, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.
