About the Truck Drivers Jobs in Luanshya We are seeking experienced and responsible Truck Drivers to join our Operations team in Luanshya.

The successful candidates will play a vital role in the safe and efficient transportation of agricultural products and company goods to various destinations. This full-time position reports directly to the Operations Manager and Transport Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities Operate company trucks safely and in compliance with Zambian road traffic laws. Transport and deliver agricultural inputs, commodities, and other goods securely and on schedule.

Ensure proper loading, securing, and condition of goods during transit. Perform daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical faults or issues.

Maintain accurate documentation including trip sheets, delivery notes, fuel records, and vehicle logbooks. Account for company fuel, goods, and vehicle usage responsibly.

Keep assigned trucks clean and in good working condition. Adhere to all company health and safety standards.

Immediately report any accidents, breakdowns, delays, or other incidents. Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience Required Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent educational qualification. Valid Class CE Driving Licence and PSV Licence.

Minimum of three years’ experience driving heavy commercial vehicles. Strong knowledge of Zambian road networks and traffic regulations.

Demonstrated safe driving record and commitment to road safety. Flexibility to travel and work varying hours as needed.
