Tokai Warehouse Picker Packer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker Packer to join our client's dynamic team. Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Accurately pick stock items from warehouse shelves based on picking slips.

• Securely pack and label parts to prevent transit damage.

• Verify picked items against invoices and slips to maintain accuracy.

• Assist with receiving incoming stock and organizing it into correct bin locations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Duties:

• Locate and pick stock items accurately from bins.

• Pack parts securely and label for delivery.

• Double-check parts against order documentation.

• Unpack and shelve incoming stock shipments.

• Uphold warehouse housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate (highly advantageous).

• Previous experience in warehousing, particularly within automotive, hardware, or retail logistics sectors.

• Excellent numerical accuracy and basic computer literacy.

• Ability to read small serial/part numbers quickly.

• High reliability, punctuality, and physical stamina.

Familiarity with the following:

• Deliveries, driving, and logistics processes.

• Warehousing and stock management.

What We'll Give You:

• A basic salary of R7,845.00 gross per month.

• Probation period of three months, after which the role becomes permanent.

• Retirement benefits through the MICFA Provident Fund: 7.5% employee contribution and 8% employer contribution.

• An annual bonus paid in December, prorated based on length of employment.

• 18 days of paid annual leave.

• Monday to Friday working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, with Saturday mornings until 13:00.
