We are looking for Afrikaans speaking, (Afrikaans as first language) Temp Administrator for clients in all SA provinces with particular emphasis on Pretoria.

Answering of telephone
Effective recording and relaying of messages
Assisting callers with information and queries
Redirect calls to correct persons
General administration, record keeping and data capturing for managers
General office management
Typing
Filing
Requirements:
Afrikaans must be your First language.
Must be available immediately.
Must have own transport and drivers license
Grade 12
Reception / PA / Admin qualification is beneficial
At least 1-2 years' work experience in similar position
Strong computer literacy in Word, Excel, Emails, Calendars, Internet, etc.
Friendly and welcoming personality
