Technical Sales Consultant

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of a well-established organization committed to delivering tailored aftermarket services including parts, accessories, rental offerings, service contracts, driver training, and specialized solutions.

Duties:

• Promote and sell comprehensive aftermarket services, including parts, accessories, rentals, and solutions

• Achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets within your designated territory

• Identify and convert new business accounts through strategic prospecting and cold calling

• Build and nurture long-term customer partnerships by understanding client needs

• Manage customer relationships to exceed expectations with quality interactions and timely follow-up

• Develop and implement tailored solutions to address specific customer challenges

• Prepare sales contracts and quotations; assist with debtor dispute resolution and cash collection

• Maintain accurate customer records, submit timely reports, and support administrative compliance

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of sales experience in the industrial or related sectors

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Excellent communication and data analysis skills

• Proficiency in R, RPE, and C programming languages is advantageous

• Strong adaptability and customer-centric mindset

• Demonstrated success in building long-term customer relationships

Nice to Have:

• Experience in industrial power, parts, or service solutions

• Knowledge of South African industrial market dynamics
