Job Summary
The Technical Manager will select and identify imported human medicines, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth across Ethiopia. This role requires an outstanding leader with deep pharmaceutical market knowledge and a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement annual sales plans and territory strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, conduct field visits, and provide coaching.
- Build relationships with key accounts (major hospitals, distributors, pharmacies).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams for product availability and promotions.
- Ensure full compliance with EFDA, ethical marketing, and company policies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular management reports.
