Technical Accounts Officer

Our client, an established reinsurance broker, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Technical Accounts Officer.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for a portfolio of clients/territory

• Establish and manage working relationship with internal business partners

• Checking documentation & Preparation of voucher’s (invoices) on system

• Perform reconciliations

• Upload payments on Bank system

• Prepare cashbooks

• Making entries on ERP

• Addressing partner queries

• Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

·      Degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognised university or ACCA qualifications ongoing or equivalent.

·      3- 5 years of working experience in a similar position or as an accounts officer.

·      Self starter.

·      Committed.

·      Dependable & Reliable.

·      Open minded and willing to evolve in a polyvalent environment.

·      Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

·      Team player and attentive to detail.

·      Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
