Job Details

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with administrating of all SAASTA tenders and quotations
• Sourcing of quotations
• Preparation of RFQ/P for purchasing of goods and services and evaluating PPPFA
• Maintenance and record keeping of supplier's documents
• Administration of once off, multiple year payments and contracts
• Administrate the supplier payment process by registering, processing and forwarding invoices from suppliers to finance for payment

Qualifications and Skills:
• NQF Level 6 in Supply Chain Management or related qualification
• Two (2) to three (3) years' experience in Public Sector Procurement
