STORES MANAGER

Job Purpose

To manage inventory efficiently and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and issuing of stock.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and inspect incoming goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
• Issue stock according to company procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment reports.
• Ensure proper storage of inventory.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
• Investigate stock discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports for management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in:
  • Purchasing and Supply
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  • Business Administration
  • Agribusiness Management
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 5 Years Working Experience.
