Position Overview
The Store Supervisor will oversee warehouse and store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper storage, and timely issuance of materials and agricultural products.
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Storekeeping or Warehouse Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or store management, preferably in agriculture or manufacturing.
- Experience handling agricultural products or bulk commodities is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with stock control systems and inventory tools such as Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, storage, and issuance of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for agricultural products.
- Monitor stock levels and report variances.
- Supervise store staff and enforce safety procedures.
