• Develop and implement a content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Create engaging content — posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads) to drive growth and engagement.
• Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Track and report KPIs including followers, engagement rates, and content reach.
• Stay updated with Kenyan trends, digital tools, and social media best practices.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
• Strong content creation skills (visuals, captions, short videos).
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, InShot.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and creative communication skills.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, analytics tools, and campaign performance tracking.
