SITE FINISHING FOREMAN

WE ARE HIRING – SITE FINISHING FOREMAN Location: Robertsville, Roodepoort Company: Stonecore Construction & Maintenance Stonecore Construction & Maintenance is looking for an experienced and motivated Site Finishing Foreman to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all finishing works on site. Manage site employees and subcontractors. Ensure all work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Conduct quality inspections and attend to snag lists. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Managers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain daily site reports, attendance registers, and material records. Assist with project handovers and client inspections. Minimum Requirements 3–5 years' experience as a Finishing Foreman in the construction or shopfitting industry. Sound knowledge of finishing trades, including ceilings, drywall, partitions, painting, flooring, glazing, and shopfitting. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. A valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
