Job Description:
- Lead structural engineering projects from concept through to completion
- Prepare and review structural designs for concrete and steel structures
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical quality
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor and support the development of junior engineers
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance throughout project delivery
- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and industry best practices
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 7 years' experience in structural engineering consulting
- Proven experience designing reinforced concrete and structural steel structures, including commercial and industrial buildings
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Advanced proficiency in Prokon and finite element analysis software
- Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
Qualification:- BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering
- Professionally registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (PrEng)
