Senior Section Engineer
Location: Polokwane / Pietersburg

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the engineering department, including mechanical, electrical and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act and engineering legislation.
- Fulfil responsibilities of the appointed 2.13.1 Engineering Manager, or be eligible for appointment.
- Develop maintenance strategies to maximise equipment reliability and performance.
- Manage engineering budgets, capital expenditure and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive asset management and lifecycle planning for optimal plant performance.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with standards.
- Partner with production teams to achieve business objectives.
