Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, cleanse, and manage large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations for business stakeholders
• Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with finance, business, and technology teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Identify and implement improvements in data processes, reporting, and overall efficiency

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Experience:

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst within financial services, banking, investment, or insurance environments
• Strong exposure to working with large datasets and financial reporting systems

Skills:

• Advanced SQL for data querying and management
• Proficiency in Python and/or R
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualisation tools
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric (data engineering, integration, and analytics)
• Familiarity with data warehouses, financial databases, and cloud-based platforms
