Location: Ladysmith/Bergville, KwaZulu Natal Permanent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Cropping Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the cropping operations within our agricultural organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing cropping activities to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cropping plans
- Manage planting, irrigation, and harvesting activities
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures
- Optimize crop yields and quality
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Farm Manager, General Farm Manager, or Cropping Manager
- Knowledge of crop production techniques and best practices
